On September 6, I ordered a hair system with Cindy from *** *** over the phoneI was informed it would take to weeks for delivery it has been over weeks and I have been told on several occasions I would receive the systems within two weeksIn My last conversation with Cindy 12/7/16, she states I should be receiving it in another two weeks I have a waited long enough and I am requesting an express overnight delivery in order to resolve this issue
