apologize to [redacted] for any bad experience she had at our salon.  Regarding the color change, normally, our salon policy is that, to change a color we file the nails, clean it with alcohol and apply the polish. When it comes to cutting the cuticles; washing the feet; that is a pedicure job.   [redacted] was only changing the color, therefore, the technician did follow procedures. As for the dirty chair, I did not remember what the condition of the chair that day since we were so busy, I apologize for that as well. Lastly, the waxing job that gave [redacted] inflammation, again we apologize for that and will be more careful next time.  We would be more than happy to refund the total amount of $22 back to [redacted].  Please advise [redacted] to come by our store or instruct us on how to refund her money.Sincerely,CindySent from my iPhone
