Review: I have jewelry on Consignment in Cine Fine Jewelry which is located inside of [redacted] Consignment store. I ended a contract with [redacted] Consignment on with a large dispute with the ower [redacted] on 12/2/15 at 6:00pm. That dispute was resolved with return of missing items & payout by check to dissolve contract. [redacted] the owner said that I was NOT to return to her store. My husband & I immediately went over to [redacted] at the jewelry counter & explained that since her jewelry center is located INSIDE [redacted]'s store & I was not welcome I would need to make an appointment to pick up all of my things. [redacted] was very apologetic. She stated she would have extra help come in an pull my things. She then set an appointment for 12/5/15 at 4:00pm & stated it would all be ready for pick up. We shook hands & I said we would see her on Sat at 4:00pm.This all happened at 6:35pm on Dec. 2,2015. At 4:00pm on Dec3,2015 I received a call from [redacted] at Cine Fine Jewelry & she stated that she is NOT willing to return ANY of things. She also stated, "that if you come to the store you should bring the Sheriff. [redacted] ended the conversation by saying I will have to take her to small claims court & she hung up on me. She has had my things since 9/23/2015 & I have never received ANYTHING from her & now she has all of my stuff & I can't go in the store.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to honor the verbal agreement to return all of my items including heirloom necklace & ring set at 4:00pm Dec 5, 2015. I will never step foot in that or any other store that she is affiliated with.

Review: I had put some jewelry on consignment at this jewelry/consignment store in our neighborhood. I went there yesterday, the 28th of April, 2015 to pick up what had not sold. That is the day the contract ended. I was told by the owner that I needed to make an appointment to pick up my jewelry. She said mornings were busy and she needed to pull the items from the display case and do the paper work. I pointed out my pearl earrings in the display case and told her those were my earrings. We made an appointment for today the 29th at 2pm. I went back at 2pm. today to pick up my items and she handed me the list and three items but said the pearl earrings were put on layaway this morning by a lady and that she, had not pulled them from the case yet. When I voiced my disappointment she said "well they sold". I told her I had wanted them back. She had a customer and I made as much a fuss as I could politely make. She told me that I would get my money in a few months when they were off layaway. I told her I didn't know they did layaway. She told me my earrings were in her safe until then! I signed for the jewelry I got back and went to my car. When I got home I looked at the contract and next to the earrings she had marked that they were put on layaway the 28th and not the 29th like she told me. I emailed her as soon as I got home and told her that what she did was not honest or ethical and that the contract ended the 28th. I didn't hear back and called the Revdex.com where I was advised to file a complaint and email her back and tell her I was taking her to court. I did that and have not heard back. Those earrings were no longer hers to sell just because she did not pull them from the case when she was suppose to. I want them back.Desired Settlement: All I want are my earrings.

On 5/15/15 at 2:31 p.m. [redacted] from Cine' Fine Jewelry called me at my home. She told me she had read my complaint. She told me that when she sold(by layaway) my earrings that she had not looked at the tag on them the morning of the 29th. She said the lady that bought them put a 20% down payment on them. I told her that since the contract was up on the 28th that she shouldn't have sold them. She said in the future just so I knew that that could happen since she had not pulled them yet. I told her that this had "left a bad taste in my mouth and that I would never put anything on consignment again. She said that she was off until Tuesday and that she would call the lady that she sold them to and she if she would change her mind. She said she would call on Tuesday and let me know what she said. I forgot to ask her why she put the sale(layaway) date down as the 28th when she clearly stated it was the 29th she sold them. When we hung up I was under the impression I might get them back and I might not.
