Review: I signed a contract with [redacted] for photography and videography of my wedding events from 9/11/2014 - 9/13/2014 contract required us to prepay in full and stipulated 8 months to deliver all photo and video deliverables. it has now been 17 months and the business has not delivered any photos nor made a good faith effort to proactively provide a plan to completion. the business has virtually been non responsive as to any inquiry for an update after numerous phone calls and emails. phone number given to contact: [redacted] email given to contact: [redacted]Desired Settlement: -edited photos as written on jan 4th in email and as promised in contract -deliver all missing photos as written in email on jan 4th -deliver all photos at high resolution quality on usb drive -deliver video of events with complete edits as written and promised in contract would like all pending items delivered within 14 days of this report being issued.
