My family was trying to enjoy a nice birthday party, which Cinergy theater was supposed to facilitate, but didn't have the opportunity to because WE, as guests, had to keep running out to refill the drink pitchers, ask where the Cinergy party hostesses were, and try to find a schedule of events (food, cake, laser tag, etc) because they pushed all the times back. Personally, I felt management was less-than helpful (refusing to talk to and, eventually, kicking out the chosen representative of the birthday party family) and didn't care for assisting the party in any way. I will not be returning any business to this establishment due to their poor planning, rudeness, and lack of proper, courteous management.
