Extra charges added to my hotel stay for rented movies that I didn't rent or watch The hotel made me a reservation then when I came to check in I was told that they couldn't rent me the room and I would be able to speak to a manager at 9am It was 1am when I was trying to check in we have children and this was a huge inconvenience to meI drove the way to a hotel that I reserved but couldn't stay atI would like the hotel to adjust these charges because I didn't rent any movies like they claimed I did matter of fact I never even turned on the tv during my stay at the hotelI think that they should have warned me of my balance at the time of making the reservationBut instead they tell you after I drove all the way there thinking I had a place for my family to sleepNot to mention that they rented me a room in between the date that they claimed these charges took place and this stay they refused due to unpaid charges

On 12/09/our company reserved a hotel room for us, Chukchansi required a $deposit, which according to the Hotel should have been refunded back within several weeksTo date, after numerous phone calls, I was told that the accounting department would refund the moneyThat never happened, I also was told a hotel manager would call me to resolve the disputeAfter (4) attempts to contact the manager, I was told someone would call me, I have not to date found any resolution for my overdue refund

I booked a room on 7/20/over the phone using my prepaid debit cardI received a confirmation number that the room was paid for and told I needed to check in by 10pmWhen I arrived at the resort I was told that I need to leave a $holding deposit, so I handed the lady my prepaid cardShe tells me that I cant stay at the resort using a prepaid cardI asked her if they could work something out with me because I came from 1/hours away and the room had already been paid forShe talked to her manager who said the only way I could stay was if I had a bank card, which was never communicated to me over the phone at time of purchaseI had a bank card that I don't use but I let them try to use the card just as a hold of course it didn't go through because I don't use the accountThey came to the conclusion that they couldn't help me and stated they would refund me the moneyI checked my pre paid card balance and the refund hadn't been processed so I called the resort and spoke
