I lived here from 2013-It was terrible from the moment I moved inMy apartment smelled like smoke when I moved in and the carpet was in terrible conditionI had to send them a certified letter requesting new carpet before they would replace the carpetThen they asked me not to tell any of my neighbors I got new carpetI also had to deal with a cockroach and pigeon infestationsI requested pest control services and it didn't make a difference at allAdditionally, I had a bedbug infestation that I had to handle on my ownWhen I requested inspection, they claimed they found nothing and left my couch cushions on the floor after the inspectionOn top of all this, when I moved out, they sent me erroneous charges for unpaid rentI'm still dealing with this nightmare of an apartment complex as I fight to have these charges removed from my credit report
Cinnabar Apartments located on [redacted] has not resolved the infestation of roaches in their apartment complex. they have had numerous complaints on social media, Maricopa county, etc with roaches and bedbugs. The management thinks there is no issue, but they have numerous complaints from tenants to spray their apartments. The list is so long that they have a 2 week wait to spray.
