We are in receipt of Mrs. [redacted] complaint and the request for cancellation was received by Factory Expo Home Centers in October 2014. The contract that was signed was for non-contingent purchase of a home.
As customer satisfaction the request to cancel the purchase...
agreement was honored and a refund was issued back to the customer via the original method of payment, credit card. This was issued on November 12, 2014 per the terms of the signed purchase agreement deposit disclosure and credit card agreement.
