The customer has been contacted and advised that her matter has been escalated to our management team handle

We have reviewed our financial transaction information and show we have credited the customers account on 12/**/We have discussed this with the customer who confirmed he has received the funds

Customer refund was delayed due to warehouse issue. Refund has now been processed. Contacted the customer to apologize for delay and offer accommodation on future order.

We have contacted and apologized to customer regarding this experience. Requested the boots sent back to us for inspection and accommodated the customer for the product.
