Customer refund was delayed due to warehouse issue. Refund has now been processed. Contacted the customer to apologize for delay and offer accommodation on future order.
We have contacted and apologized to customer regarding this experience. Requested the boots sent back to us for inspection and accommodated the customer for the product.
