I signed in the contract in July of last year for my windows to be replaced and it is almost one year that I am waiting for this work to be finishedWhen my windows were installed the stucco around each window had to be broken out and replaced The new stucco that was installed has still not been sealed or painted since November In addition to the unfinished work being unsightly, I am worried now that it is rainy season that there will be water intrusion in my home I have had several phone calls and emails with representatives from the company who continue to tell me they will get back to me and nothing ever comes of it
