Review: I had $10,000. worth of repairs,parts,labor done at this shop -one that includes the alignment. I received my car back and had made a verbal agreement with the owner if any problems were to encounter"ever" with the repairs the shop had made to come back and they wopuld fix for me. I made clear by stting -"this would be free of charge right? The owner responded -"yes.,just bring it back and we will fix it for you no problem." Wel,, right after this I encountered 2 issues- one being my head light needed to be leveled -it was not installed at the right level and next my alignment appeared to be off. I called up maybe a week or so later and the owner stated for me to come in and they would look at the car.I then brought the vehicle in few weeks later(due to a work and busy schedule) The owner called me up when I was at work and said they fixed the light but I needed a new alignment.I stated "will there be a charge fir this?" She said I would have to pay for a new alignment. I then responded by saying "this doesn't make sense to me why would I have to pay for a new alignment ,you guys just fixed my car couple months ago and I have been encountering this issue ever since! So long story short I called my auto insurance company - was playing phone tag with them for at least 2 weeks and after they spoke with the shop owner again - they(insurance comp) stated -the owner said I had a bent tired rod and that they would issue another payment to the auto shop for repairs- I was irate b/c first off the auto shop should of repaired this for me of no other charge. I declined to bring it back to the shop and am still with a bent tired rod b/c I refuse to have my insurance go up for them issuing another payment to anyone. To sum this up Circle Auto Shop [redacted] had made a verbal agreement to fix anything they repaired/w/o charge if something were to happen and they did not I am very upset and believe the owner doesn't follow thru accordingly and honestly

Desired Settlement: I would like my tire rod /alignment fixed as it should be and an honest apology .I also would like them to write a letter to my insurance company stating their negligence to repair the vehicles alignment properly &unethical conduct to attempt a second supplement payment from the auto insurance company

The issue was resolved but there was no apology or admit to attempting to obtain another payment from the insurance.I still feel as though this company is not honest and trys to take advantage and that still needs to be addressed
