Review: I pulled up to a gas pump at this Getty station, and on the pump it clearly stated $3.479 per gallon for cash and $3.479 per gallon for credit card, so I used my [redacted] card. When I was handed the receipt, it showed I was charged $3.579 per gallon, an overcharge of $1.00 for 10.06 gallons.When I complained, I was told that the big sign on the corner (which I hadn't passed) showed 3.579 for credit card use. Another pump also showed 3.579. I complained that the pump I used was clearly marked 3.479 and I was owed $1. The eventual response of the attendant, who said he was the manager, was to walk away.Is the station not required to charge the posted price?It's obviously not a lot of money, but I would have paid cash if I'd known what I was going to be charged.Desired Settlement: They owe me $1.00 and should be advised that they are obligated to charge the price posted on the gas tank being used.

Review: On December 5, 2014 I went to the Getty station for gas. When I got to the gas station the attendant come to my window and I asked for $10 regular and handed him my credit card. He repeated that I said $10 regular and I said yes, $10 regular. He began pumping the gas and left the pump when another car drove up. When he came back he had pumped a little over $26 of gas. When he came to my window he said "Oh well it went a little over". I told him that I did not want $26 of gas, only $10 and he told me there was nothing that he could do because my card was already charged. I then asked to speak with a manager and he directed me inside. I went inside and asked to speak with the manager. He indicated that he was the manager, possibly the owner, and asked what he could do. I told him what happened and he told me that my card was already charged. I think told him that it was not my fault that his attendant let the pump go to $26 instead of the $10 I had asked for. He replied with saying that I was going to use that much gas anyway so it should be ok. I told him that I did not in fact need that much gas. He told me that the only thing he could do was give me the $16 dollar difference in cash. I told him that would be great. As he was getting the money out of the register, he told me that he really shouldn't be doing it since the $26 was already in my car. I said I understood but said again that it was not my fault. He then told me I was not listening to him and that I was going to use that much gas anyway and insisted that I was going to get more gas the next day. I said that was incorrect. He said again that I wasn't listening and then said I was not going to get my money back. I said I was listening and that I was not going to use that much gas by tomorrow and need more gas for at least a week. He then said that if that indeed was the case then I could have the money. I took it and left the establishment.Desired Settlement: I would like the manager that I spoke with to issue me an apology and I would also like a full refund of the money I spent. I feel that I was treated in such a childish, inappropriate way that was not only unprofessional but also extremely offensive. It was no way that a manager should have spoken to a patron. I was spoken down to and highly offend and for that I would like a written apology as well as a full refund of the amount I spent.
