and ahead of his Also, during the high wind storm we had in this area, it damaged a large building and I had to take time to repair it. When I enter into a Proposal, I do not include a start date in writing or verbally because there are too may factors which affect the actual date to start This includes the weather and other things such as a delay in receiving materials, help not showing up to work, etc If it rains, I cannot work and there are also delays relating to the rain such as ground is muddy and I have to wait until it is dry to return to job site As you can see, this puts me very far behind because of days lost I cannot work I have every intention of completing the work for Mr *** I have been in this business for plus years, and my reputation determines my success I should be able to start this work for him about the second week of January, Please accept this as my RESPONSE to this CITIZENS COMPLAINT If this is not acceptable, can you please email to me the statement form from the Hardin County Attorney’s Office.
