Circle B Recreation Reviews (3)
Verdana;">I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I have attached a copy of the canceled check demonstrating proof of payment to Circle B Recreation. The suggestion made by Circle B recreation that we never paid is simply not accurate.
I would have included this canceled check on the first review, but your system only allowed me one attachment. At the time I thought the copy of the contract was the best choice
Thank You very much for your assistance,

Review: In 2013, the Ozaukee Radio Club signed a contract with Circle B Recreation and also paid the fee for the use of their hall on May 3, 2014. This would be the 30th straight year we had received a contract for the first Saturday in May from Circle B Recreation. On April 25, 2014, several members of our club visited Circle B to check on several items. They were told that Circle B had double booked, and a wedding was to take place on May 3rd, we were out of luck.We have our copy of the signed contract and also the canceled check to prove our point. We found out that the wedding was for a relative of the Circle B owner. We are very unhappy with the Circle B policies and feel others need to know that they too could be at risk if they attempt to rent the Circle B hall for their event. they simply do not keep their word. We were expecting 350 people from all over the midwest at our event.[redacted]1st Vice PresidentDesired Settlement: Just get our refund check
