I tired repling to the message through Revdex.com but it would not go throughYes the vehicle transmission was fixed and yes I told Ivan and Amy about the transmissionMy main complaint now is that they are trying to sue me for the money owed on the taxes when I was told that the check would not go throughIf they got got my check on the 18th and they did not say it would not be cashed for days then way did they wait until November 4th to try and cash my check if I was told they hold the check for daysI was told this by several people Ivan and Amy and that if I made a payment within that days they would give an extensionNow they trying to sue me for dollars and they also said that they would take off the sales taxes for my trouble but then they said the would get the plates for the truck and subtract the remaining the plates were dollars the the added on a fee for processes this

*** *** purchased a used car which she signed an as is When the vehicle had issues we let her trade it in She did not receive credit for the trade in She did not pay all of her sales tax.
She is still responsible for the tax due on the new vehicleJust because she
doesn't have the Acadia it does not make the financial responsibility go away In addition to allowing her to trade the first car she made it so she didn't have a payment for nearly a full month to help her out If she would rather have the Arcadia back, we would do that She traded it back to us with a blown out transmission that will cost us $to fix

Im posting this to the Revdex.com: We had amazing luck finding a vehicle for our growing family when went to visit Circle City Auto The sales man worked with us and found exactly what we were looking forWhen we left the lot we felt very positive with our experienceHowever- once we left the lot we had several issues with information getting crossed between Circle City Auto, Go Financial (their financing company), & myselfThen we started noticing issues with the vehicle here and there, but it's a used lot so some of those things are to be expectedOne of the bigger issues was the battery that they had installed was not the correct voltage for our larger SUV- it was almost as if they took the one for our vehicle out & replaced it with a cheaper, smaller one which caused the battery to die with little use The worst complaint is trying to talk with the staff over the telephone, the ladies(*** & ***) who handle the in office finance side are rude, interrupting, & belittlingWhen I was transferred to the manager (***) to simply resolve an issue & be on the same page- he also continued to interrupt & yell out loud what I was saying so him & the ladies could laugh in the backgroundI was and still am dumbfounded that this is how a business handles their customersIn addition to- we were planning on returning to get a 2nd vehicle this summer but because of the verbal treatment that will not be happening

Ms.*** had the vehicle brought here and we fixed what she asked us to fix free of charge, she picked the truck up and we knew nothing about a transmission or power steeringIf those are issues she does have a warranty to cover those itemsMs.*** wrote us a check for her down payment and we
deposited itAt this point her check for her down payment bounced and we are the ones that are out the moneyIf indeed her vehicle is having issues she does have the warranty that will help fix itShe has been driving the vehicle since 10-18-and continues to do so, therefore if the transmission and steering issues exsist she is either fabricating them or making them worse day by day as she drives the vehicle.We are willing to help Ms.*** fix her carWe will utilize her powertrain warranty, which will cover some of the cost and Ms.*** will have to cover some break down and labor that is not coveredShe will also need to make her bounced check goodBut at no point have we been unwilling to help her

I personally worked with Mr*** and witnessed him signing all contractual documentationDuring the
funding verification process, several of the assertions made on his application were found to be falseUpon learning of this, we contacted him and he provided the funding company with correct, current informationThere were no documents altered by us or any agent of ours, and I have attached all relevant documentation to ascertain this

Just good peopleIt has a big corporate car lot feel, but with the small local friendly atmosphereGreat place to buy a car again and again

We did have Ms*** vehicle is for serviceWe did in fact buy her a new radiatorMs*** drove the car weeks and then called in saying she had an issue and had taken to a backyard
mechanic and had him do some work and she was not sure if he had punctured her radiator if we had done it at the time of our serviceIf it was done at the time of our service it would have presented an issue prior to weeks of drivingMs*** purchased the car as is and we serviced the car out of courtesyWe cannot continually work on her car, or pay for rentals if other people damage her carWe are concerned because she purchased the car in November and is just now in February making complaints now that her payments to her finance company are lateThe finance company called upset because she is delinquent and stating that she gave us the car, which she has notUsed cars will have issues and will need maintained, it is not the responsibility of the dealer to pay for those

The listed price online was a cash priceWhich we made the effort to ensure was removed from the internet The customer agreed and signed a contract knowing the selling priceThe customer wrote us a check on a closed account that obviously was bad since it was a closed accountWe provided
the financing bank with a valid clean and clear title as it was provided to us from the auction house we purchased it fromAny representation from anywhere else we would not know aboutWe sold it t the customer with an unbranded titleWhen a dealer buys a car from an auction they have multiple reassignments on the back of a title to assign it from dealer to dealer and then ultimately to a customerThere is no fraud in this action

*** *** was explained her contract, I am enclosing a copy of the front page where she signed acknowledging the terms*** *** is purchasing a Buy here Pay here vehicle, not a financed vehicle through a major credit reporting bank Maybe she doesn't understand the
differenceWe are under no obligation to report to her credit her payments *** *** stated that the carfax was clear so I'm not sure how we would have information she didn't.There is nothing "sketchy" about her contract She just doesn't know how to read it It is a standard IN contract *** *** should be able to refinance if she has a good credit score, job time and stable residenceWe are unable to change anything about this transaction *** *** was of legal age to purchase a car and to her own testament we explained things, and she couldn't find anything wrong on a carfax report This complaint is just that someone complaining for no real reasonWe are sorry she is unhappy, but are unclear of our part in that, we did what we were supposed to Her title is held by the Buy her Pay here company until she pays it offBrandi ***

Great place to buy a quality used carWent in there thinking that they were gonna be like all the other Indy used car dealers, but I was definitely wrongNo pressure sales process, honest answers to my questions, a staff that truly cares, and not to mention, the best prices I have seen, at least when it comes to newer Dodge Charger's and 300's

Ms. [redacted] is saying we told a big lie when in fact Go financial sent us the repurchase option because she was 36 days past due. We are unaware why Ms. [redacted] did not contact Go Financial for her warranty to help repair any issues she had, unless Go wouldn't help because of her delinquency. I am unaware of Go Financials position at that time. I am enclosing a copy of the request for repurchase, which we did not do.

These people are horrible the day I bought my truck it had many issues but of course nothing showed until we signed the papers the man told us they where closing to bring it back a few days later and they would fix it so I took it back and they fixed nothing and come to find out not only does it have problems wit ABS but also traction control 2 codes for the emissions controls but also something wrong with the rear end to the point my back tires are pointed in at the top and the tires are down to the wires and ready to blow at any second and I called to speak with them and they pretty well told me to bad so sad and it also has electrical problems go figure

On 2013 I bought a car and it broke the first month , they wouldn't repair it, so they said I could leave the car with them , until I save money to get it repaired, I signed paper showing I will be dropping it off. And when I came to pick it up and they wouldn't give me my car back. They told me it got repo. We Took them to court but they never showed up. I lose a car and $6,000.

That they are refusing to aknowledge the fact that their mechanic messed up the car . How do they figure that im suppose to pay for that is sick. the windshield wipers even stopped working after 3 weeks . So you couldn't even drive ut in rainy weather. I took it to the car wash , and all the water came in on me, because of faulty windows.This company is rude and a Big scam.

Well I called this company after finding my previous vehicle for sale. I spoke with a person in which I asked if the transmission was fixed. This person said yes the transmission was fixed and nothing was wrong with the truck. So I went up there and was told after I sold my car that the transmission was still messed up. I thought no biggie since I know how to drive it still. Well I offered them $1000 due to all the new issues like motor, brakes, new tranny problem, also the truck kept dying. The sales person agreed that $1000 would do it. He talked to the owner who lied and said he put $1300 on fixing the motor. I know this is a lie due to this is my old truck it had the same engine probelm and oil leak. He then refused to go lower than what he was selling it. I refused to buy it will all the issues and the lies that the owner told. This truck was a 2001 dodge ram 1500 ext cab and extended bed. It was wrecked on the driver side. They are lying to sell vehicles. Do not buy from there!

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

These people are crooks. First sold us a car that had the wrong parts in the engine. Had parts for a standard transmission but it was an automatic transmission. When we asked to return the vehicle and simply get our down payment back, the manager yelled and screamed at us which then erupted into a screaming match with the women in the office joining in. They are the most unprofessional bunch of people we have EVER dealt with. He just laughed and said he would ruin my credit as he threw the contract at me. If I had credit worth ruining, I wouldn't have looked at a buy here, pay here (which it really isn't) lot.

We were told to lie the finance company that we put down more money than we did and that we paid the sales tax, I didn't do that, so the loan was turned down. They called and told me I needed to bring in the full amount owed and if I couldn't do that the car would be repossessed and I would still have to pay for it.

We were finally allowed to choose a different vechicle just to have to pay $5000 for a rebuild engine within the first 30 days.

They rig these cars to run long enough to sell them taking advantage of people who are already in a financial bind. You can look at many cars on that lot and see that the frames are bent.
HORRIBLE BUSINESS

title. It was titled in her name and it is still clean as of today. Ms. Allen wrote a bad check for the down payment of the vehicle, which we are pursuing her in court. Ms.AIlen signed in 3 separate places that she was purchasing the vehicle as-is and that we promised nothing to her. Extended warranties were available to her at the time of sale, but since she wrote a bad check for the down payment she was probably not in the financial position to purchase one. I would NEVER recommend anybody to deal with Circle City Auto Exchange they are criminals crooks fraudulent people we are bought a truck there February 7th 2015 on Feb 12th we got a phone call that our contract had some errors on it and we needed to re sign our contract just to find out the contract had incorrect info listed and we was also told to lie to the loan company about how much money we put down I've never missed a singe payment I was told I needed to bring the truck back until my sales tax was paid in full after being lied to saying my sales tax was due on a different date I instructed to the dealer that I can't just bring the car without a way home I then said well since you are insisting that I give the truck back until sales tax is paid will you guys pick the truck up so that I won't be stuck at the dealer the lady said yes no problem 2 days later when we go to pick up the truck along with the 50% sales tax that I was told that was OK to bring I was told my truck was repoed!!!! and not only is the ENTIRE sales tax due but so is the repo fee I haven't had my truck more than a month these people are crooks and they need to be stopped they are LIARS and I regret ever giving them my money. Their website looks really catchy and put together but they are all LIARS and thiefs WARNING DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE IM SUFFERING NOW BECAUSE OF THEM
