Hi,my name is *** cruz I had third party contractor come to my house to demonstrate what they sold which was a kirby ,I had let them aware that I didnt have a job to pay it If I got they told me I had three days to cancel it if I didnt want it ,I asked how do I cancel if I didnt want it they told me the only way was to call in ...so I called within all three days,it was like a ghost town no one answered didn't hear back till a week later then they were telling me it was too late to cancel and I told them how is that possible when there customer service there was no one to be found to cancel it,then they just gave me the round abouts with them and the financial people in which they as well didnt help because they said they had nothing to do with that they only dealt with the financeI dont want the vacuum,never did
