According to the Service Agreement between Circle D Industries and the customer, Circle D Industries installed a drip irrigation system on the customer's property However, the system was installed according to the customer's specific instructions, against our recommendation that properly accounted for the slope in the customer's property Although Circle D Industries did not expressly warrant the installation, particularly the installation as modified by the customer, it is Circle D Industries' policy to make every reasonable effort to satisfy its customers To that end, Circle D Industries made multiple trips to the property and installed additional drip lines at no additional charge to the customer, even though such drip lines were unnecessary As it clearly states in the Service Agreement there is never a warranty on any living materials Circle D Industries also made several trips at no charge to set and reset the controller for the customer, and tried to teach the customer how to use a “cycle and soak” program to counter the slope in the property and avoid wasting waterAs of April 28th, all claims were settled and the customer appeared satisfied, as evidenced by the letter of the same date submitted to the Revdex.com with Circle D Industries' first responseUnder the circumstances, Circle D Industries believes that it has made all reasonable efforts to satisfy the customer, above and beyond any terms provided in the Service Agreement breached by the customer

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. Circle D emphasized multiple times when it was installing the underground drip that any areas not watering would be covered by the one-year warranty. Without a warranty on the product and the workmanship I would not have paid Circle D to install the underground watering system. Circle D warranty is attached to the contract and John Dubose multiple times told me not to worry because system has a one-year warranty. Now Circle D says there was no warranty where the system has not watered and the yard is dying, Circle D says there was no warranty? Circle D then has committed deceptive trade practice by informing me there was a warranty to get my money, then stating there was no warranty when the product does not perform as advertised because parts of the yard is not getting water. I will send the Circle D contract tomorrow with ID complaint number.
