This is [redacted], store manager for circle K at 481 Sweetwater road in spring valley replying to this email regarding the complaint. On December 24th, 2014, there was a customer that was upset regarding having to wait in line for a short period of time. I was in the office at the time conducting business and finalizing my day because my shift was going to end. When I came out of the office, I noticed there was a customer that was very upset. My employee was new at the time and did have a line approximately 4 to 5 people. She was going to give  the customer personal numbers which we don’t give out. I then told her not to give out any personal phone numbers, and to give the customer service number that we have posted. The customer was very rude, disrespectful, and belligerent, and also using foul language in the store. I tried to help the customer and he refused my help, I asked to come to my direction, away from other customers, and he said “you don’t want me to come over there”. At the time, I have taken that as a threat by the tone of his voice and by his body language. Myself and my employee always remained calm and professional to try to calm the customer down to provide him with any information that he was requesting. We apologized for any inconvenience he may have had. The customer did not accept or give us a chance to resolve any issues for him. We always provide the very best customer service for everyone. It was Christmas Eve, and a little bit busier than usual, but we do our best to get all customers out satisfied and also in a timely fashion. Once again, neither myself or ANY of my employees treat customers in a negative way. We have the highest respect and provide the best customer service for all. I do apologize if the customer felt that we did not provide good customer service. The customer is always welcome to our business at any time. If you need any further statement or information, we will be glad to give it to you. Thank you for informing us of this issue we will continue to give all of our customers the best customer service that we can. Thank you.

Review: I was at a Circle K store Located in Spring Valley, CA Store #7963 located at 481 Sweetwater Rd Spring Valley, CA 91977, there was a line circling around the beverage section and there was only 1 cash register open. When I asked if anyone could help you, she stated that manager is located at the back office, I attempted to knock at his door, I hear movement around the office yet no one answer, then I located a camera right above the door. So I realized that he was not going to open the door. I Politely went back to the line and when it was my turn to be served, Manager came out of the office wondering why I needed to speak with him. I asked why he didn't answer, he simply replied stating that he was running the store. I reminded him that above all else he needed to attend to customers. He then attempted to blame the cash register lady saying that she's new. I asked then why he didn't come out to help her he then began to be defensive. A simple apology would have sufficed however he continued to defend himself. This is Christmas eve and I did not plan to feel this way nor let alone to be undermined as a customer when clearly he was wrong. So I decided to file a complain against the manager, His tag stated that his Name was [redacted] No last name.Desired Settlement: I would like to see the Store manager with the tag name [redacted], be demoted to service representative so that he could understand the value of Customer service. Without customer service the store would not even be in business. He should've understood that before he got promoted as a manager. In addition I would also would like to get my money refunded back in the amount of $16.28
