Unresolved issues regarding Circle K/Shell #6864, I purchase $150. A week
for gas there is continuously no paper for receipts when paying at the pumps.
On the inside, I'm met with hostility when requesting receipt on the inside (
told too busy/working alone ) and directed to wait in line to recieve one. If I pay
outside at the pump I'm expected to recieve my receipt at the pump. The store
Manager is defensive and impolite and non compliant to my concerns. I want
corrective actions taken or I plan to take my business elsewhere. Thank you,

On October 10, 2014 I prepaid $35.00 in fuel, went to my vehicle and waited for the clerk to turn the pump on. After waiting approximately 2 min. I went back inside to ask why the pump was not on, I was told that the fuel had already been pumped. I told them that I had not been able to get any fuel at all and that if they could not get the pump working I would like to get a refund. It was at this time that the clerk accused me of lying and that they would not refund my money. I have tried to contact the manager but have been unsuccessful.Product_Or_Service: gasolineDesired SettlementI just want the $35.00 that I prepaid.
