15 dollar car wash (highest level of wash available) advertises undercarriage wash and wheel wash, among other things. Neither of those are done, and there was so little soap used, the overall effect was a 15 dollar rinse and dry. Second time this has happened. Visit to store yields a runaround, where refund or additional free carwash is first offered, but then taken back, then I'm told to call the "manager" the following day, which results in no call back. It's a scam carwash. I tried resolving this through corporate, but no one has contacted me.

Refund I would like the cost of this carwash refunded. I don't want to go back to the store, I want it mailed to me or refunded to card used for purchase, and I would like for someone to take responsibility for running a better carwash. It reflects poorly on your business.
