I boarded my dogs for the first time at Circle Kennel Club and was assured my dogs would be well cared for
Their establishment has cameras so I can watch my dogs while I'm wayDuring my first full day gone, I did not see my dogs out playing on the camera, this issue was resolved after I complained to them about my dogs not being let out of the kennels to play
I was gone a total of days and when I came to pick them up at 2:30pm they were both soaking wet and covered in urine
I made a comment and asked why they were wet and stinky and was told that they may have peed in their kennel at night while the staff was gone
Another employee offered to "wipe down their legs with a towel"
I called when I got home because it didn't make sense to me why they would STILL be wet from pee unless they hadn't been let out of their kennel for at least hoursOr they had been let out and put back in the kennel to pee on themselves
