I am rejecting this response because:The dents/scratches were stated at time seen by owner not from consumerThe credit was issued because of materials/trash that was not picked up/left behindNot faucetThat is what owner saidPlumber came out and gave information then his information was given to Bath Planet. Bath Planet called plumber and left voice mail. Plumber called Bath Planet and the voice mail was full, plumber could not leave a message

*** ***First off, I would like to say that most of their response involved the issue of harassment, which I wasn't allowed to include in my statement, so I'm not sure why theirs was acceptedSecondly, they had their review section up on Facebook, I was harassed after leaving my bad review of their business.secondly, I was absolutely offered a bathwhen I dropped my dogs off before my tripMaybe it was naive of me to not think they would be laying in their pee all day? I wasn't aware they would be so disgusting that a bath would be absolutely necessary. Wheni I picked my dogs up of course I was happy, I hadn't seen them in daysBut right away I mentioned their stench of urine and their wet legsThe man working said "it's because he might have peed in the kennel over night when staff was gone". That would make PERFECT sense to me if I had picked them up first thing in the morning, but since I picked them up at 2:in the afternoon that won't be an excuse I'll accept unless they want to admit that my dogs were trapped in that kennel for 19+ hours.when I mentioned how horrible they smelled and that they were wet the owner offered to wipe his legs down with a towelI declined because they needed a BATH, not for pee to just be rubbed into their skin which can cause an infection.I got home, gave him a bath, called the establishment to try and work something out with them before leaving any reviewShe THEN offered a bath (that id have to pay extra for), and I said he already had one when we got homeI might have let it go but her response as a business owner obligated me to let everyone know of my experience there.my dogs were not happy, one of them started having his stress seizures again, but that's besides the point. The point is, my dogs arrived happy and clean and dry, I paid around $to pick them up wet and dirty and stressed out? That doesn't make any sense to me. If you want to actually SEE the harassment that occurred on their end I have proof of all the responses included what I have said as wellIf you don't want to see my side of that issue than I hope you're not planning on using theirs when making your decision

We gave the dogs excellent care, they were not laying in urineWhen dogs interact with other dogs, there is always a chance of getting dirty, sometimes urine and or fecesEven if your dog is neat and clean, there is still a chance of getting dirty, they are dogsWe make every effort to keep up with it, but the dogs do play and interact all day long, that is why they are thereWe can keep them 100% neat and clean for them, but then their dogs would be in a kennel away from all other dogsThey were extremely shy, we made them feel safe and happy, they left happy, we made huge progress with the dogs because we took the time to get to know them and gave them the time to know usIf we had given the dogs baths, against the customer's wishes,we would be here talking about thatWe did everything we could possibly do to make the customer happy, we went above and beyond to make sure their dogs were well cared for, they felt safe, secure and happyThey ate well and interacted with others.They thrived while they were with us.They did NOT contact me, the ownerI was in the lobby when they left, they INSISTED on doing their own bathThey left happyThe first I found out about any issue was when they slammed us on Facebook and had all of their friends do the same, based only on what they heard from herI am a very reasonable person, but when someone bullies, badgers and attacks us, I will speak up for what I know is trueI know what kind of care her dogs received, they were very well cared for, given lots of love and attentionAgain, this is just about attention and money, the customer is well known for her drama from past peersI am sorry one of the dogs had urine on them, but she did not allow us to remedy the situation in any way before she leftShe was asked times for bathsShe declinedThere is nothing I can do if the customer says no to a bath, and then also refuses to let us clean up the dog before she leavesThere was no way this customer was going to be happy, no matter what

We offered the customer baths on different occasions, customer refused all timesThe dogs
were there for days, they were very shy upon arrival, by the second day, we had the dogs feeling comfortable and confident, they were interacting with other dogs and staff and doing very wellWhen customer came to pick up the dogs, the dogs were very happy and so were the parentsThe customer mentioned that one of the dogs legs were wet, and knowing she refused baths times already, I offered to wipe the dog down with a towel or rinse, but she interrupted me and said not to worry, she would take care of it at homeWhen they left, everyone was happy, dogs and parentsWithin a half hour of them leaving, she left a bad review on our Facebook page, and had all of her friends go on and bash us according to her story never caring to get the factsThey continued so bad, that we contacting the Facebook admin, where they determined we were being harassed and they removed the postsThe Facebook admin also said they hoped we sued the customer for slanderThe customer saved only the parts she wanted everyone to see, I however, have all.As for the kennel cough, this is just like the human flu, you can get it anywhere, and the vaccination is only for the strain that is forecast to be the worst for the year, just like the fluThere is no guarantee they will not get it, it can be picked up anywhere, anytimeMost dogs are able to get through it with no additional medical attention needed, some dogs go on antibiotics to get through itThe dogs were well cared for, happy and in good health when they left our careWhen the customer says NO BATH, that is what we have to go byWe tried to satisfy them, they bad mouthed us, had their friends who had nothing to do with the stay, bad mouth us, and they went on every site we have and posted horrible reviewsThere are some people who you will never satisfy, and some that want everything for nothingThey have bullied us, threatened us and slandered our good nameIt is unfortunate, because the dogs thrived there with us, she is in for a rude awakening when she goes elsewhere next timeI am a very reasonable person, there was no attempt to get in touch with me, it was all about the attention

We had some issues that were brought to our attention by
the customer and we always responded promptly. 
Remodels occasionally have some issues but we never ignore a customer
and always do everything possible to satisfy them. There has not been any issue
we refused to address.  In...

this case, we have made seven return visits
and addressed her concerns each and every time. 
During the last visit, the owner, Service Manager and Install Manager all
met the customer to address all her concerns and make sure that everything was
addressed to her satisfaction. There has been a complete effort to resolve what
the customer feels were issues. The owner offered (without being requested) to
credit $400 for a kitchen faucet installation that was proven to be working
properly even though the customer initially thought it was not.  The owner authorized another company to make repairs
to two small scratches on tub at the company’s expense even though it is not
possible to know if the scratches were made during installation or by the
customer while she was completing tile work in the bathroom.  Since there have been numerous visits to
address concerns that the company felt were installed and operating properly
(tub faucet, kitchen sink faucet, and toilet), the company offered to pay for
the services of another plumbing company if they could address the plumbing
issues to the customers satisfaction.  We
have not received information from the customer’s plumber regarding any costs
on the issues she asked him to address nor do we know his findings or observations.  It is
our belief that the remodel was done properly, issues were addressed timely and
properly, refunds presented, and further refunds offered for other professional’s
services if the customer chose to pursue those. 
We believe we have acted respectfully, promptly, and professionally.  We believe the remedies, refunds, and
reimbursements we have offered are fair and reasonable.
We do not know what the customer is referring to
regarding being charged for removal of unused materials.
