Unfortunately we were in need of service during this extreme heat. Circle Mountain was able to get to our home in a reasonable time frame. The workers were professional and polite. We would recommend Circle Mountain to our friends and neighbors.

I had a problem with to of my air conditioning units on my home. Called my warranty company, and they called Jim at Circle Mountain Cooling. Jim showed up for the appointment, for the first air conditioner, he went into the attic. He never went outside to view the ground portion of the unit on the first one. He then proceeded to tell me that the portion in the attic had blown up. He was getting ready to leave, when I had to remind him to look at the second unit as well. He went outside to look at that unit (they are on different sides of the house). I was standing with him. He proceeded to tell me that the unit had a leak, and that I would need to replace parts, and that my units and their parts would not be covered by the warranty company, because they are trains. He left, fixing nothing at all. He got his money from me, and the warranty company for doing nothing. The warranty company denied the claim, he made it sound as if the problems with my units were pre-existing. They were not, my units were serviced last summer. He also told me that the warranty company denied the last three jobs he put in. I then called up the company that serviced my units last summer, to get a second opinion. This was out of my pocket, as the other company doesn't take my warranty. So yesterday the technician comes to look at my units, and finds that the portion in the attic was UNPLUGGED. Yes Jim unplugged the system. The outside portion of the unit had some wires that were exposed, the technician repaired them, and the unit started right up. The second unit, he said there was a small leak, not a big deal, he repaired that one as well (no other parts needed). Both units now working perfectly. The second technician warned me that some of the other places out there want to take the name brand units off of homes, and have them replaced with cheap units. He believes this was the reason Jim gave bogus information to our warranty company. DO NOT USE, UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING SCAMMED!!!

Circle Mountain Cooling will not admit breach of contract as they had all intentions of returning to the home on Monday to get the unit up and running after the supply houses had opened up over the weekend. The inconsistencies with Mr. [redacted]s fabrications should be examined.  His first complaint was that the tech broke something on the unit said oops and left.  His story now states that the heat in the home caused damage.  A text was sent to Circle Mountain Cooling on Saturday stating that Circle Mountain Cooling did not need to return to the home as they had another company come out and fix the issue for under $100.  Circle Mountain Cooling acknowledged that request by not returning to the home. The blower motor was installed properly but as stated before sometimes there is a chain reaction and further parts may be needed. The call was dispatched on Tuesday and the call had not even been open for one week. Circle Mountain Cooling will not contact Mr. [redacted] or return to the home for any repairs but they will not admit to breach of contract.

Regarding complaint I.D.#[redacted].  Circle Mountain Cooling was given a service call from [redacted] Home Warranty on Monday June 23rd, 2014. Two technicians went to the home and they went to the thermostat to see if it activated the system.  The thermostat was hanging loosely off...

the wall, Mrs [redacted] whom was home informed us that a company that had been there previously  told her that they couldn't change the thermostat because it was hard wired in.  We told her that was not true and that the thermostat could be replaced. Thermostat made connection to activate unit and no blower motor was activated, the technicians crawled into the attic, checked the system and ohmed out the blower motor and found it was in failure. When we informed Mrs [redacted] that the system would not be running because parts were not available she insisted that the home warranty pay for a window air conditioning unit. She preceded to call them and demand that the warranty company purchase the window unit for her.  The call was then placed to the warranty company to tell them of the failure and was told to research the availability  and cost of the part, retrieved the information and got authorization from the home warranty to install the blower motor.
Went back to the home and installed the motor on 6/27. When we arrived at the home the thermostat was taken off of the wall and Mrs [redacted] and had bought a new Honeywell WIFI thermostat which she had opened and asked us to install. We denied installation of the opened item as we cannot warranty it.  [redacted] was informed of this and backed up the decision.  Upon installation of motor, found that unit still failed to properly start and was able to jump the system from control wires and blower motor did run properly.  Circle Mountain called the home warranty and informed them that we did not have any parts available that could have ranged from a transformer or circuit board.  Informed that we would have to return to the parts house to talk to tech support on which direction to head.  By the time we left the call the supply house was closed for the weekend.  We informed customer of this and Mr's [redacted] preceded to get very angry at this point there was nothing we could do so we left the home.  The next day we received a text stating that they had the system fixed and do not return to the home.  As far as our license being suspended, we switched bond companies and there was a delay from 6/5-6/10 in which the license was suspended.  The claim that the license was suspended when this job was performed is completely fabricated along with the rest of the allegations. The warranty company was billed only for the installation of the blower motor which we got working, it is very common for there to be more than one part that has failed, many times there is chain reaction. The homeowner was informed that we would be back on Monday when the supply house had reopened. No money was collected from the homeowner. The technicians did their job in a professional manner but as you know when people are without A/C in the Phoenix area they become agitated and irrational.  Circle Mountain Cooling is interested in following up with repercussions of the dishonest fabrication posted against the company.  Lastly, Mr [redacted] the originator of this complaint was in Washington during the timeframe when all the alleged accusations have taken place.  Circle Mountain would like this complaint dropped as it is completely false. [redacted] Home Warranty has access to all the conversations that have been made about this call.
Thank you and sorry for the convenience.  Circle Mountain Cooling is very disturbed by the dishonesty of people and this complaint.

The employee Jim frequently did not appear for an appointment he'd make, and when confronted about the issue he used profanity and threats. Does not treat others with respect. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Circle mountain simply breached contract with the Home warranty and myself. The home warranty company attempted to mitigate the issue be offering a discount on window AC units until Circle mountain could fix the system.

Circle mountain did come out on Tuesday, do testing and did return on Friday to install the blow motor. Upon leaving the home on Friday morning Circle mountain did claim they would get parts and return. At about 2:30 pm Circle mountain was called and the tech informed my renter that they were at the repair shop getting parts and would return. At 6pm I personally called and was answered by a text stating that the they could not get the 'part' and would return on Monday.

As a prudent man, I engaged the home warranty company and explained the situation. Saturday morning I engaged a second AC company who showed up within 2 hours and with no additional parts repaired the system and installed the WiFi thermostat within 45 min. The home warranty now includes my thermostat in my coverage. The bill was for $109 dollars. The home warranty paid this and suggested I ban Circle Mountain from ever coming to my home. They also paid some monies to mitigate damages caused by the 95 degree heat with my house.

I returned the text, seeing this seemed to be the method they wished to communicate, and I asked them not to come back the system was fixed. The reply was 'ok'.

I filed a complaint with the home warranty and they promised not to send that company out to me in the future and would review the vetting process on sub contractors that had licensees suspended.

I filed the claim with the Revdex.com and I am filing a claim against the bond of Circle Mountain for the difference of money the home warranty would not assist with. This is to make me whole and not for any other damages.

Circle Mountain also made several phone calls to my phones. I totally understand that Circle Mountain would want to resolve this amiably, however when a conversation starts that the call is being recorded I am forced to terminate these calls for privacy issues. I had to finally block Circle Mountain after the third call.

The solution I seek is simple, Circle Mountain will admit breach of contract, never contact me again, and never have Circle Mountain or any representative approach my home, myself, or any of my renters and leave me in peace.
