Circle Parking Corp.

Review: I parked my car at the Circle Parking LLC (an Icon Parking Systems) parking garage located at [redacted] (I was staying at the Manhattan Hotel) April * – *, 2014. I picked up my car on the [redacted] and headed back to Georgia. Unfortunately I did not inspect the car when I picked it up, as I assumed that I would be notified of any damage to the car. At a rest stop I noticed that the passenger’s side front bumper had been scraped. It appears that the attendant ran into a wall at the parking garage. This is a 2014 BMW X3 that had no previous damage.

I sent a message to Icon Parking Systems through their website on April *, 2014. notifying them of the complaint. After receiving no response, I called their customer service line on April *, 2014. As suggested by the automated message, I sent an email to Icon, including pictures, informing them of the issue and asking for instructions as to how to resolve the claim. After receiving no response, on April **, 2014 I left a message on their customer service line explaining the issue and asking for a follow-up phone call. In addition I sent a follow-up email. To date I have received no response.Desired Settlement: For Icon Parking Systems (or Circle Parking) to pay for repairing the bumper damage caused by their attendant.

I spoke with [redacted] the [redacted] of the garage. On April **, 2014, he committed to refunding the amount I paid to the garage for parking. I have yet to receive any money.
