Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: She Circle S taxidermy told me I would be pleased with the work on my dogI did not complain to her on her personal phoneShe would text me from that phone and I would replyMy dog was a Boston terrierHis eyes should have been set as of those of a Boston terrierShe Circle S would not tell me where my dog was because she said I was not the customer she wasShe only has one dog in her Gallery so not many people know that she can send pets out to get doneI gave her two photos of what I wanted my dog to be posedIf she didn't understand why I gave her those photos she should have said somethingThe company in Colorado where my dog was shipped never contacted me on how I wanted the dog posedI figured the 8xphoto was sufficient explanationI gave Circle S the 8xphoto and I told her that is how I wanted him posed but he wasn't She wrote on the pic how I wanted the dogs paws because you couldn't see them in that picture cause his legs were covered by a blanketShe knew how I wanted him posed if she didn't why didn't she ask, why didn't the Colorado taxidermy contact her and askIt took months before I got my dog back and he looked terribleI complained there at the office on his looksShe made an excuseShe also could have put the dog in a box , instead I had to sit the dog in my front seat where had I slammed on the brakes or made a sudden stop the dog would have gotten damagedI felt the $refund was not acceptable for the poor work on my dogShe said "YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THE COMPANY DOES". Well , we weren't The company in Colorado threatened me if I emailed,called or wrote anything on FB I was told they would contact their attorneyI told them to give me their attorney's number but they refused and said it was their attorney not mineCircle S did a very bad job representing my dogI asked her numerous times to get me updates on what he was looking likeThat never happenedAll she would say is " they will be checking the freezers in two weeks' I wanted pic of how they were posing him before he went in the freezer to see if I liked the pose but being that they had the 8xenlargement I didn't think there was going to be a problem till the day I received him. I would not recommend Cirlce S or the Colorado taxidermy to anyone. They did a poo job for such an expensive procedure. ***IN MAY OF 2017, CUSTOMER CALLED ME ABOUT PET PRESERVATION I TOLD HER THAT I DON’T DO THAT BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE MOLDS FOR PETS BUT THAT I CAN SEND IT OFF TO A COMPANY THAT FREEZE DRIES THEM I
TOLD HER THAT IT WAS A $FLAT RATE, PLUS $FOR EVERY POUND OVER POUNDS AND SHIPPING THERE AND BACK CUSTOMER AGREED. I TOLD HER TO BRING PHOTOS OF HOW SHE WANTED THE PET POSED AND IF SHE HAD MULTIPLE PHOTOS THAT WAS FINE TOO SHE BROUGHT IN THE PET AND PHOTOS I ASKED HER SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW SHE WANTED HIM POSED AS SHE TOLD ME, I CIRCLED THE BODY PART THAT SHE PICKED AND WROTE ON THE PHOTO IN A SHARPIE MARKER (SUCH AS, LEGS LIKE THIS, OR OTHER LEG LIKE THIS ONE ETC) WHATEVER SHE TOLD ME, I WROTE DOWN I AM VERY SPECIFIC AS TO WHAT THEY WANT, IF THE CUSTOMER DOESN’T SAY ANYTHING PARTICULAR ABOUT A SPECIFIC PART OF THE BODY THEN IT IS LEFT UP TO THE OTHER COMPANY TO POSE AS THEY SEE FIT SHE NEVER TOLD ME TO USE A LARGER PHOTO OR I WOULD HAVE WRITTEN IT ON THERE SHE LEFT HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING THAT WAS SIGNED AND FILLED OUT. I TOLD HER IT TAKES ABOUT MONTHS SHE SIGNED MY INVOICE AS WELL AS THE PET AGREEMENT THAT HAS ALL SPECIFIC CONDITION AS WELL AS RISKS INVOLVED THE PROCESS INVOLVED AND A NO REFUND POLICY.ALTHOUGH SHE KNEW I SENT IT OFF, SHE CONTINUALLY CONTACTED ME TO CHECK ON IT, I WOULD CALL THE COMPANY AND THEY WOULD TELL ME THAT IT WAS WAITING TO GO INTO THE FREEZE DRYER OR THAT IT WAS IN THERE DRYING THERE WERE A LOT OF BIGGER ANIMALS AHEAD OF HER DOG AND THEY TAKE LONGER SO IT WAS WAITING TO GO IN FOR A LONGER THAN TIME THIS COMPANY GENERALLY ONLY CONTACTS ME WHEN THEY RECEIVE A PET AND WHEN IT’S READY TO BE SHIPPED BACK SHE DID TEXT AND EMAIL BACK AND COMPLAINED IF I WOULD EXPLAIN SOMETHING THEN SHE WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE SHE WOULD ACTUALLY CALL OTHER TAXIDERMISTS AND THEN CALL ME BACK AND TELL ME THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE TRIMMED DOWN THE MOLD MORE, I TOLD HER FROM DAY ONE THAT THERE WAS NOT A MOLD IN THERE BUT SHE WOULD INSIST THAT THERE WAS BECAUSE SHE SPOKE TO OTHER TAXIDERMISTS THEN SHE WOULD COMPLAIN THAT SHE COULD PUSH DOWN ON THE SKIN AND I WOULD TELL HER, YES, I TOLD YOU THERE IS NOT A MOLD IN THERE AND I ALSO TOLD HER NOT TO TOUCH IT A FEW DAYS LATER SHE WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS NECK SIZE, THEN HIS JAWLINE, THEN HIS EYES OR HIS EYELASHES, THEN ABOUT HIS TAIL SIZE SHE COMPLAINED AS TO WHY I JUST GAVE HER THE DOG INSTEAD OF PUTTING HIM IN A BOX WHEN SHE PICKED HIM UP SHE SAID HER HUSBAND EVEN SAID THAT THE SHIPPING AND TAX WAS OUTRAGEOUS I TOLD HER I HAD NO CONTROL OVER THAT AND THEY COULD TAKE THAT UP WITH UPS AND THE STATE OF TEXAS SHE WROTE REVIEWS ABOUT BOTH COMPANIES ON FACEBOOK AND CONTACTED THE Revdex.com IN COLORADO ABOUT THE OTHER COMPANY AS WELL I TOLD HER THAT I DON’T THINK SHE WOULD EVER BE HAPPY BECAUSE HE WOULD NEVER LOOK EXACTLY LIKE HER PET AND THAT IT WAS PROBABLY JUST TOO PERSONAL FOR HER THERE IS NO WAY TO RECAPTURE A DOGS LOOK AND PERSONALITY HE IS NOT GOING TO LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS EITHER BECAUSE THEY WERE TAKEN WHEN HE WAS YOUNGER AND HEALTHIER.I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD GIVE HER BACK $AND BE DONE WITH IT I WAS EXHAUSTED FROM HER NUMEROUS TEXTS ON EVENING AND WEEKENDS TO MY PERSONAL PHONE
