Our store po1icy is and
has been the same for years , in 2001 we started a deposit system of $30.00 on
all nonmajor brands! and storage
fees were set at $1.00 per day unless it was large riding equipmemt! $5.00 per
day.2016 we changed our
policy to a $50.00 deposit per unit and $5.00 per day on...

push mower and small
equipment. all storage fees are started 5 days after 1st notice! if resonable
we dont charge in some cases. Our policys are posted on the front door and over
the counter, and on the wall going into the service department!Riding equipment is $10.00 per day
and everything can be sold after 30days.We have served Edmond for
over 40 years! we have alot of really good customeres and they never have a
problem with our deposits or any of our policys!They
know that equipment can't be left here for any reason,we also understand that
thing happen.We dont like or enjoy
selling equipment. But it happens alot. We are not unresonable
people, it could have been paid over the phone
or a realtive could have taken care of it. This happenes alot in cases where there are storage fees!The mower disposal is
always free, if paid over the phone the customer can choose not to even come
back to pick up · the mower but the storage
fees are still in effect no matter what! 
we have thrown out ALOT of equipment and issues have been taken care of
on the phone with out storage fees! The fees in this case were $60.00 and were
deducted to$20.00 to please the
customer.And to make the problem go away. In this case the mower was here from
12/29/16 - 2/3/17There were messages left
and spoken to customer on the phone.We called 1/4/17,
1/10/17. we try every thursday to call all tickets
left in the book. and remind them of the storage fees to avoid this problem.
Equipment is kept in doors and not in the
weather in a open lot. alarm, heat and air. Bars on the windows.The
equipment was here for over 18 days, after customer decided to not
finish the repair! invoice #[redacted] on 2/3/17 9:50amThe equipment needs a new ignition coil and labor.$110-$120, our
employees get paid commision weekly! And unpaid equipment is a big problem with
todaysdisposial equipment.This equipment was worth
the repair but that is up to the customer in the end. And 7 year
old lawnmower is not old and cheaper than a new mower.Alot of our repairs are on good old equipment. Some are 15-35 years old! my toro is from 1995, my echo and stihl equipment  is around
24 years old. Just examples of good old equipment that is
always worth fixing!
