We called him several times and left him messages and told him I would give all of his money back and I could drive it out to him. He said it would inconvenience him for...
me to go out there so we refunded his money in full that day via PayPal on Feb 1. I wish he would’ve called and we would’ve resolved this ASAP. A satisfied customer is more important than any kind of money.
