At Circle Storage we work hard to provide each customer with a positive experience when renting a unit with us.  When [redacted] and [redacted] rented a unit with us on August 9th, 2016, they were informed that they could take advantage of a special that our Company was running on our website....

 The special was available to every customer that rented a unit with us during the month of August.  This special allowed a customer to rent a unit during the month of August and receive 50% off of September's rent if the customer paid for September at the time of move-in.  Mr. and [redacted] did not want to pay for September at the time of their move-in on August 9th.  Therefore, they paid for the balance of August and received a receipt showing that they were paid in full thru August 31, 2016.  On August 30th, [redacted] set up a web account thru our website to pay her September bill online.  She called our facility when she recognized that she would be required to pay the full rent amount for September.  When our rental consultant and our district manager explained to her that September's rent would not be 50% off off because she did not take advantage of the move-in special, [redacted] became irritated and proceeded to call our staff liars.  We feel that we explained the special to [redacted] in detail, however, we did not want to get into a he said, she said situation.  Therefore, we sent an email to [redacted] on August 31, 2016 and stated in the email that we would honor the move-in special, and take 50% off of September's rent.  [redacted] came into our facility later in the day on August 31st, did not want 50% taken off of her September rent, paid for September in full, and stated in writing that she would be moving out of her storage unit on, or before, September 10, 2016.  Subsequently, [redacted] did vacate her unit on September 6, 2016.  She is asking for a refund for September for the pro-rated amount of rent based upon the amount of time that she occupied the unit in September.  As Operations Manager for Circle Storage, I have approved a full refund in the amont of $111.28 for the amount of rent that [redacted] paid for all of September.  We will refund [redacted] Runyan's credit card directly on September 8th and will consider this matter closed.Thank you Revdex.com for giving us a platform to respond to this confusing situation.
