This company was assigned to me through a request for warranty work on my Whirlpool dryer on 8/29/ An appointment was scheduled for 9/1/ On 9/31, I received a phone call changing my appointment to 9/2/ Odd, but understandable On the morning of 9/2, Tim comes out and takes a look at my dryer and says that the thermostats need to be replaced He will order them, and then come back and install them A week goes by...another week...and another...and there is no contact from Tim or Circle T Appliance I attempt to get in touch with the company calling and leaving voicemails I get no answer and no returned phone call On November 1, 2016, I contact Whirlpool and they set up another service appointment window with Circle T Appliance for the morning (8:00-12:00) of 11/ Between 11/and 11/3, I receive no confirmation call from Circle T Appliance I take the morning off from work and am at home the whole morning On the morning of 11/4, at 8:AM, Tim calls my wife's phone She is unavailable to answer However, she listens to his voicemail and attempts to call at 8:and he does not pick up She contacts me, and at 8:22, I call him back He answers and tells me since it took so long to contact him, he is "too far" and cannot come back to my house to fix my dryerHe never once came to my house as I was here the entire time, and at most he is ten minutes from where he was when he first attempted to contact my wife He stated that he "didn't have my number" and couldn't reach me in spite of having my number from my first appointment (remember, during which he called a number of times to reschedule and to confirm) and he had my number from the messages asking about the status of the thermostats Tim and Circle T Appliance Repair is absolutely unreliable and untrustworthy and not someone I will welcome back into my home ever again
