We were not able to locate any current or archived information on the Customer that filed this complaint, We do not show this individual as being a current resident nor a previous resident.However, the complaint was concerning a vehicle being towed from our propertyThis may be a matter for the towing company directly since we do not collect any money or profit in any way when vehicles are towed from the property.In order for us to properly respond, we need more information, such as vehicle information and date it was towed off the property.Please provide the necessary information so that we can verify the facts surrounding this complaint,Respectfully,Patricia F [redacted] Community Director
