I originally chose [redacted] in Ontario, OR. because I thought it was fair priced at $55 for the large units, which also included a lock, and it was also a place to drop off a [redacted]. So, it appeared to be convenient. I kept the unit for a few months. On the 1st of this month, I had inquired about a little fee forgiveness and let them know I would have the unit empty within the next 4 days. I was told I had to pay the entire month fee on the unit. I paid the $55. The next day, I had the unit completely cleaned out and swept it out, so that they would not need to. I went in the office and let them know the unit was empty and clean. I was given a receipt showing I no longer occupied the unit and told I get to keep the lock. No offer of any type of refund. I basically paid $55 for a lock. I am holding on to that lock for a long time. I am informing anyone I know that I would not suggest [redacted] nor will I take my business back to them.
