The most important thing to consider is that these tickets were not purchased through Circuit of The Americas They were purchased on a secondary website. That means we (COTA) did not collect the money paid or distribute these tickets We do indeed
have a policy that we don't assist with secondary site purchases for this reason
We also don't collect tickets onsite We scan them in to allow access inside the gates and the client keeps their ticket so they can enter and exit throughout the day There would be no reason for an usher to collect tickets from a guest unless that guest was asked to leave or had an issue with their seats
About Friday's events - only one session of the four practice sessions were cancelled on Friday so we did not offer a refund or credit to anyone who had a Friday only ticket We also have no contractual obligation mentioned in the complaint and our events are rain or shineThat is listed on all tickets and our website
But we do want you to come back and I am willing to offer tickets to one day of our upcoming Le Mans race (Sept 15,or 17)If you would like to take me up on this offer - please call me at *** *** or email ***
