Was told by Dave that to correct the problem on the worn part of the leather seat on my Camaro, was to replace panelsI had received a quote from another company for little over $I decided to go w/this CoSince they were going to replace panels for $As it turned out only one panel was replaced & it wasn't stretched tight & the snap for the seat belt holder, wouldn't workAfter my second trip back they did replace the strap & tightened the leatherThey agreed they only replaced one panel, but didn't want to refund part of my moneyI feel I have been ripped offI'm very disappointed & I will every one that I can contact, to never use themThey lie and do not do quality work
We have used Alabama Auto Tops for many yearsAAT has changed out hundreds of seats for us and we have never had a bad experienceNever had to take a vehicle back for a re-do, not onceIf you want a quality product and quality service don't hesitate to give them a callIf you can't be extremely happy with AAT's services, nobody can make you happy

On February 29,I took my husband car to have leather seats installed, to witch it's a brand new car.The car was left over nightThe next day after going to pick up the car, it was pouring down rainingThe car was brought around , he left the car door open for me so I ran and jumped in and droved offThe next day my husband notice that it was a deep scratch on the top of the bumper where they removed the third row of seatI called to complain and the manager
said I should have looked around the car before I left and that they was not going to pay for itI think If my husband would have picked it up it would've been differentWe will never use their company again....BAD BUSINESSWe will get an attorney

I asked them why they did the extra job without contacting me and they said," we couldnt get in contact with you". These people robbed me without a gun, I feel angry, upset, sad and used.

I decided to go w/this Co. Since they were going to replace 3 panels for $350.00. As it turned out only one panel was replaced & it wasn't stretched tight & the snap for the seat belt holder, wouldn't work.
