Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I received an email from Revdex.com (Tuvia) on @ 4:PMI replied to Tuvia on @ 11:PMI explained that I do not answer phone calls that do not show a "legitimate" name or from numbers I do not recognizeShe never left a message so that I would know who was calling or that I could return her callIn her email she asked me a few questions about this case which I answered and she should have in her inbox Sincerely, [redacted]

We reached out via telephone several times and then via Email to assist this customer in finding a mutual resolution and they ignored our calls as well as failed to respond to our email request for additional information

We were able to supply a postage paid label for the customer to return the damaged product and we already shipped a NEW replacement battery

We resolved the customers concerns and reached a mutually acceptable solution

It is a shame the Revdex.com had to get involved and I still have not heard from anyone at Circuit Street.if I do not receive the replacement battery I will pick this case back up with Revdex.com.

I received an email from Revdex.com (Tuvia) on 2/**/17 @ 4:52 PM. I replied to Tuvia on 2/**/17 @ 11:57 PM. I explained that I do not answer phone calls that do not show a "legitimate" name or from numbers I do not recognize. She never left a message so that I would know who was calling or that I could return her call. In her email she asked me a few questions about this case which I answered and she should have in her inbox.
