I contacted Circular Energy in and Brooke M [redacted] designed a kW solar array using Sun Power's 327W panels for our home near Canyon Lake Also included were two inverters, being a 7000W and 4000W Central Inverter along with a CURB Monitoring SystemThe system performed well until August when the 7000W Inverter went out I was not aware of the failure as I failed to check the monitoring system on a regular basis When I discovered this in October 2015, I reported this to Circular, and they did respond all be it 'slowly' It seems that since they no longer install solar systems for homeowners, they are not very well equipped to handle warranty issues for homeowners either During the installation process of the replacement inverter done by a contracted solar installer, damage was done to the Curb Monitoring System and it also went out "I" discovered at this time that the box in which the monitoring instrument was housed 'was not' a weatherproof box When I questioned this with Circular's employee "Paloma" (who was handing the warranty issue), she told me that the box was the standard/approved box by the Industry F A L S E! Only at my insistence was the box changed out at a later date using a weatherproof box During that installation (also done by contracted installers), the delicate monitoring instrument was damaged 'again' as it went out a SECOND TIME! Recently, to my shock and amazement, I discovered that the monitoring instrument was out a 3RD TIME! Circular arranged for a replacement instrument to be shipped directly to my home When it arrived, I contacted Circular, but was told that the "installation of the new eGuage instrument would be at my expense" Fortunately I had correspondence between me and Paloma whereby she committed Circular to replacing and installing the new eGuage, and Circular agreed to pay for the installation Currently I am waiting on contracted ATX Solar to come out and do the installation Hopefully the Monitoring System will not fail againIt's difficult for me to rate this business as "Positive" or "Negative" I am happy with the results of our solar array and the savings on our electric bill, but I am unhappy with the handling of warranty issues; therefore I have checked the "Neutral" box
