I decided to stay on 11/19/since I was driving through and I had my son with meThe morning of 11/20/after I checked out, I found my car had been broken intoI went to the hotel front desk and asked for a manager and was told my stay could not be refunded and that there was nothing the hotel and security could doThere was $of damage done to my car and I had various items such as a bag of new clothes that was my sons, a watch, pairs of Oakley glasses, insurance documents, a knife and various other items that were all hidden in the car and not in plain viewThe least the hotel could do was refund my nights stayI walked the parking garage and notice there were no security cameras, I was appalled to find that there was no security footage that the Las Vegas PD could not go back to, to catch the thief's
Terrible customer service even with all communication is clearly in emailsI would like to send the information to owner or Ceo of the companyIt is clear that Im not the only one getting negative feedback from its employees
