My wife and I purchased two couches at Circus Furniture located at EGolf Links Rd on Decemeber 30th, After arranging for delivery roughly a month later, our family quickly began enjoying them It was about two months after delivery that we noticed one of the couches had encountere a problem with the frame and needed to be resolved in order to continue enjoying it After contacting the store and speaking with office manager [redacted] we were happy to learn she contacted the manufacturer and arranged to get the situation addressed in a satisfactory manner I'm very happy to report our pleasant, professional experience at Circus Furniture and will happily shop there again knowing the staff (salesman [redacted] and office manager [redacted] ) will do everything in their power to keep the customer happy

We purchased our leather sectional from Circus The furniture was fine, but it took forever to get the complete set It did not arrive to their warehouse as promised and it took a month to get our set when they promised to days since they had to order the set from the manufacturere When I would call them to complain, they would put me on hold forever and then come back with the warehouse has promied in days; they did this several times I finally called the manufacturer and they said there was no shortage of sectionals We also bought a matching chair As it turns out, when WE picked up the sectional and extra chair, the warehouse attendant said he was so happy that we came for our furniture because they had the whole sectional in the small warehouse for over a month Turns out it is their policy not to give you a partial order, so since it was only the chair that was on backorder, the sectional sat in their warehouse for over a month and I had NO furniture in my livingroom because they would not give me my furniture They are very rude once they get your money and their customer service is HORRIBLE; but I must admit that the quality of their furniture is good

I was looking for a quality bed frame at a fair price, the floor model on display was sold the previous day so they ordered me a new one for the same price which was a $discount The deal was great compared to what quality I had seen elsewhere! We had to wait a few weeks till it was built but they delivered it as promised The delivery guys were running late due to large orders They went above and beyond putting the frame together, they were obviously exhausted (7pm) but we're total professionals I would suggest their manager give them a way to recharge their drills in the truck and a drill bit so they aren't struggling screwing in bed slats They probably deserve a raise, great job guys!

I recently had the worst customer service experience at Circus FurnitureI purchased a dining room set with a table and four chairsOne of the chairs was damaged upon delivery, and I call the store requesting it be repairedI had to return the chair to the store myself and was told there leather expert would repair the tear in the top of the chairUpon completion of the repairs, I had to go pick up the chairIf was far from repaired, and looked like a black magic marker had been used to color the tearI refused deliver at which time, [redacted] began yelling at me about how he just paid $to get the chair repairedI explained I did not care, it was unacceptable, and he could come pick up the whole order, as I had never been treated in such an unprofessional manner in my lifeI explained I too worked in customer service and would never treat a customer the way he was treating meHe stated he would check with the warehouse in the morning and let me know if they had any additional chairs in stock He was singing a different tune the next morning when he told me he had ordered a replacement and would notify me when it arriverAgain I had to pick it up, no devlivery service for me I would strongly recommend avoiding this business

on September we stopped at the new store on north OracleI found the store to non friendly to the handicapThey provide no assistance in a large storeThe light is low and has multilevel floors with no warningMy wife being unable to go up steps was following the sales person when she tripped on one of these setp.The fall caused two black eye, bloddy nose and lacerationsi would not recommend this store to any handicap person R.V[redacted]

I am so blown away by the awesome customer service I received at Circus FurnitureMy husband and I were shopping around for a piece of furniture, we spoke with a very professional salesmanWe were going to purchase it but found out it wasn't going to be available for Christmas so we left to shop around to other storesAfter looking at other stores and receiving some of the worst customer service ever, we returned to Circus knowing we weren't going to have it for ChristmasWe picked it out again and another piece of furnitureWe went to take care of the paperwork, not only were they friendly, but they surprised us with they would be able to deliver it the very next dayWe were so surprised and happy We have never experienced such friendly, awesome customer serviceWe have had our furniture for almost a month and it is well made and worth the moneyI hope this review will be helpful and give Circus a shotI know I can't name the salesman by name but he knows who he is and he is awesomeThey will continue to have my business!!

I purchased a beautiful leather recliner for my nephew prior to Christmas Circus Furniture stored the chair for me until Christmas week I was so excited to see my nephew's surprise when he unwrapped the recliner The only problem was, the recliner was too small for his structure I returned to Circus Furniture and they gave me full credit for the recliner and Guardian Protection No questions asked I was so pleased, I continued shopping and purchased additional furniture Not only is the quality grade of the furniture superior but their customer service is wonderful I will continue to conduct business with Circus Furniture as they know how to take care of a customer

We purchased a sofa and love seatWe had been shopping around for furnitureWe know what we want and when we see what we want we purchase itSome times the store staff are part of our decision to buy or notWe were welcomed into the store and was invited to ask questions about our selectionWe were in the store mins and found what we wantedThe Sofa & Love Seat were on sale and we felt that both pre-sale and sale amounts were reasonable We payed for them and set up a time for delivery The issue of how quickly we could expect our set to be at our home was arranged, with a FYI that the West Coast was currently experiencing a cargo strike and definite times were depending on those issuesNevertheless, our furniture arrive in an acceptable time frameWe were notified that our furniture had a scratch on it so the store was not accepting it The procedure for handling issues like that were explained and we have a new date set for deliveryOur experience was Positve from start to finish** was the first person to greet us and *** arranged for our payment and delivery I was impressed with the variety of leather sofa sets as well as the bedroom options

This is our 2nd purchase with them and have felt so extremely satisfied not only dealing with their Sales Consultant, *** *** but also with their finance person, *** Their products are really fantastic and especially their furniture is made up of solid wood here in ArizonaWe compliment them having Circus Furniture as one of their designated outletsIf you need good quality furnitureyes we would recommend Circus Furniture very highlyAnd from now on we will be dealing with this furniture outletMerry Christmas!

worst company everwe are waiting for more than weeks for our furniture and the company doesn't know where is itI called more than times to speak with the manager(*** ***) and he is NEVER available

On Apr I bought sets of leather sofa, manufacture by AC Pacific I was told that the company and quality of material was top notch Jan I called the furniture store to let them know that two of my arm rest on the sofa came off (these arms rest are connected by a zipper)Today is May and the problem has not been resolved I've talked with multiple of people on the phone and got the " I will call you back when I get a hold of the manufacturer" They made one attempt to resolve the problem but it was the wrong part I gave them a visit and talked to the store manager and he told me that he couldn't do anything because they were at the mercy of the manufacturer They couldn't tell me when the next shipment was going to be or if the right part will be receivedI spent years in the military serving customers and on my worst time I would at-least make a phone call to see what I could do for my customer This manager made no attempt to do anything

This is our 2nd time using Circus Furniture on Golf Links Road, the first time we bought a very expensive leather set, great service and was delivered in a timely manner. On our 2nd trip, we needed to furnish our bedroom. Once again the process was simple. We did not feel pressured or followed around like some of the other stores do. Our delivery was scheduled and arrived on time. We did have an issue with our mattress, called the store and a new one was sent the next day.
We will continue to use Circus Furniture for our future home needs.
The staff at the Golf Links location was very helpful, I would choose them over Sam Levitz any day.

I explained I did not care, it was unacceptable, and he could come pick up the whole order, as I had never been treated in such an unprofessional manner in my life.
