monies were forwarded to her immediately and all checks have been cashed by her institution Ch#XXXXX $180 Ck# XXXXX #859.40 Ck#XXXXX $774.97 and Ck#XXXXX $774.97. The first one issued was not cashed due to a stop payment at her request because it was never received Ck#XXXXX and was re-issued and has since been cashed we checked our accounts on 8/18/2015. As for the cancellation of our Property Management contract I spoke with Ms. [redacted] most of the time, and explained to her that she never came in to sign her Property Management agreement with us which we requested of her numerous times so there was no contract to cancel and nothing to send her due to the fact that she never followed through with our office. Ms. [redacted] turned a property over to us to rent and Property Manage, the property was rented to a Real Estate agent who's company also does Property Management Ms, [redacted] turned the property over to us in such dis-array, broken stove rotted out medicine cabinets,rodent droppings in the kitchen cupboards,open wiring on light fixtures and much more. The new tenants were so upset that they were ready to cancel and walk, we convinced them to stay pending speaking with Ms. [redacted]. At this time Ms. [redacted] refused to take care of any of these issues,we explained to her that we never turn properties over to tenants in this way and [redacted] Property Management would be terminating our relationship with her. Dear Revdex.com [redacted] Prop. Mangmnt. contacted Georgia Street appliance to fix the stove for Ms. [redacted] at a discount she refused! we hired our maintenance man to do work which needed to be completed she refused to pay it! At which time my Property Manager [redacted] paid [redacted] out of his own pocket $180 for replacement of lights that Ms. [redacted] took down and left dangerous wiring exposed, also [redacted] the owner of my company paid our cleaning crew out of his own monies $150 because she also refused to pay them. At this time we will be sending these bills over to collections.
If there is any further information you may need please feel to contact our office we also have documented the property with pictures and our accounting records are always available for anyone to look at our accountant [redacted] is as professional as they come and has been with our company for 25 years and has never had one complaint.

This is a very good lie. They know what really happened and are a very inefficient Organization to work with. I did finally receive my money which was most important to get out of this. The reviews on this Company are already bad. You can feel free to look in their website. If this is true about the $180.00 why did the refund me the cash. My house was in very good shape, new roof, hot water heater, heater and cooler were brand new. I was in the process and they agreed to upgrade the kitchen stove top and oven but I had a very hard date to move to Houston for my Company. And the contract was never signed because you cannot get hold of these people and never answer phone or emails. If there is $150.00 I owe, I would like to see evidence of the emails, letters if true if they were trying to get hold of me. Event the drippings I would never live like that. I has asked for pictures and they could never produce these.
This is very bad business to lie and not accept their failures and bad business. I have proof of emails I sent that was never responded by this Company. I really think Revdex.com should investigate other complaints on their website and feedback.

Our response stands as previously stated. [redacted] Property Management has also contacted the tenant whom resides at Ms. [redacted]'s residence that we property Managed and she has retained an Attorney to handle the situation further.
