This customer has ordered from us multiple timesWe have always had an issue with her when she ordersHer husband had placed the order and they were complaining about the pricesTherefore I gave them the price they wantedAs soon as the pizza was ready the delivery driver took it
Once he was back he explained to me that she seemed drunkHe had gotten out of his car and asked if he was at the right place she said “that *** *** over here”An hour or so later she called back and said it was cold and that it was horrible and she wanted another oneI told her that I would send her another one if she returned the first one, she told me that they had already eaten itSo I said that I would send another one but she would have to pay for itThen she went off and said “ I am going to make your life impossible and make sure you go out of business”she made racist insults and she had also been rude to the waitress and the driverHer husband threatened to come and “kick my *** \and was drunkI always try to make my customers happy and I own three locations and have been in the restaurant business for more than years and have never experienced asituation like thisThis is not the first time she wants free food and I have given it to her and I believe that enough is enough.Regards,Dimas Hernandez
