Business responded to complaint See attached.Business response copied and pasted below by Revdex.com staff 4/27/15.Revdex.comEuclid Ave., 4th FloorCleveland, Ohio 44115Re: ID [redacted] To Whom It May Concern:This letter is being composed in response to the above lD or Mrand Mrs [redacted] .The enclosed invoices dating back to is proof that the above resident has had an ongoing rootissueOur company has, at certain times, returned to the premises to re-snake the sewer at NOCHARGEWe stand behind our workA company would not last years, like Ciro's, if you did not standbehind your workYou will notice, on the enclosed invoices, that we have recommended the sewer betelevisedThe customer has chosen not to do thisThe lines outside a house are 6” round, under thehouse 4” round, and branch lines ranging K to 3“ roundYou always attempt to clean a sewer usingthe largest cutter available through the available access.Cleaning a sewer with tree roots is like getting a haircutIf you have a full size access clean out on theline, (i.e6" on a 6" sewer or 4' on a 4” sewer) the sewer will receive the best available cleaningSimilarto a shaved headIf you don't have a full size clean out (i.ea 4" cleanout on a 6" line), you will notreceive a thorough cleaningSimilar to a crew cutREMEMBER, JUST BECAUSE YOU CUT THE ROOTS,THEY WILL GROW BACK AND CONTINUE TO GROW IN THE OPENNING OF THE PIPES, just like hair.On this particular job, they requested a laundry drain be cleanedThe access for this type of drain istrappedThis will limit the size of the cutter that can be usedThe drain was snaked, opened and watertested on March 20, We returned on March 23, and did it againThen Mrs [redacted] calledon April 15, 2015, saying they were still having a problemI told them that I recommend that theytelevise the system in order to inspect it being that they frequently have a recall every time they orderp.2serviceShe refused to televise the system being that I would charge them for thatThey wanted me toreturn, once again, to snake it for free and I said that the most recent ticket stated NO GUARANTEEThiswas due to the ongoing root problem.She disagreed and I was contacted at my office by Mr [redacted] He ordered me to provide the servicefree of charge and he wanted it immediatelyI refused, and advised them to contact a plumber to havefull size clean outs installed on the lines under the house so that they can be thoroughly cleanedI saidthat the cost to do that may not be cost effective and it may be cheaper in the long run to replace thelines under the houseCiro’s DOES NOT perform any of those recommendations, so it is obvious I amtrying to direct them in the right directionMr [redacted] had a bit of an attitude, so I advised him I wasdone with this conversation.Ciro’s reputation speaks for itselfWe have been in business for years and have a phenomenal namein the businessOnce again, they will continue to have an ongoing probleml believe they just will not orcould not spend any additional monies on the problem at this time.Thank You[redacted] , C.E.0.Ciro's Sewer Cleaning, Inc
