I purchased a ticket that did not allow me to purchase tickets for January showsThere was no warning about this when I bought itCannot use it I purchased a gift card on 11/as a giftMy friend tried using the gift card to purchase tickets for a January show in ***The link on the gift did not allow us to make a purchase for JanuaryI called Cirque du Soleil 11/in the evening and they told me they would attempt to release the tickets and that if this was not possible they would call me back to refund the moneyI called them again 11/and they told me it was certain the tickets for January could not be released and that tickets for the January show could not be purchased until DecemberMeanwhile, however, you could go into the [redacted] website and purchase tickets for the January show (so the seats are actively being sold)On 11/they told me they would call me back to let me know about a refund but nobody contacted me again

Very bad seats & bad customer service My complaint is about [redacted] on [redacted] , 4pm. I had watched 5 Cirque Du Soleil shows before, 3 times in Vegas, 1 time in Orlando and 1 time in NYC. They were all amazing. Yesterday I went to the show with very high expectations, but the entire experience was bad, just bad. First, I purchased seats from the second or third price group, but we were seating behind the tower performers use to climb so the view was really really limited. On top of that it was rainy in San Francisco yesterday and there were a lot of late comers. I am happy you let them in , but they should either sit at the back or wait till the break. For the first half, for almost every 10-15 there was someone trying to pass us. On top of that, your employee asked us to take our popcorns from the ground so we won't block them. I wanted to ask him whether he was kidding. I really though it was a joke for a second. I am sorry these people were late, I don't want them to miss the sho
