I have never worked with such a terrible vendor. I continue to be disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I have 28 LED boards all over the State of Tennessee with them and for the last couple of years always have at least 25% of them that aren't working in some fashion. If I could pull every one of them down and use a different company, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Terrible company. I'm a department of one with a small internal IT team and don't have the time to deal with these issues.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I would like them to do their jobs and get my boards up and running like they should be, without my having to manage the process constantly. I have spent so much money on repairs and still today have 28% of my boards that aren't working properly. I either want them to replace the boards I'm having the most problems with or pay for the repairs.

While we regret your experience has been a negative one, Cirrus is a manufacturer of LED displays and not a network IT company. Our hardware requires a functioning internet connection which you have been unable to provide to your sites over the life of these screens. You have been constantly supported by the team here and we are unable to help you further unless you are able to provide stable internet to the sites in question. This is not a product quality or service quality issue.

While we acknowledge there were some compatibility issues with our firewall and the connection to the signs, that has for the most part been resolved, our larger complaint is with the dependability of the hardware itself.
We have hardware outages on one of the LED Boards on a weekly and sometimes daily basis.
Our sign vendor at this time has a service ticket for repairs at 5 locations. These are locations where it was determined by Cirrus Support that there was not a network issue but a hardware issue.

The only warranty offered by Cirrus is a parts warranty and since our boards are located in areas all over the state, we have experienced devastating labor costs to repair this equipment.
In many cases we have to revisit the same site over and over in a period of only weeks. We currently have a location that after numerous visits at significant cost, we finally persuaded Cirrus to send parts for us to replace the entire side that was causing problems. We paid the labor for this replacement and it now has outages again.

While Cirrus has honored their parts warranty, the quality of their product compared to LED boards we have purchased from other manufacturers is extremely poor.

What is so frustrating is that Cirrus refuses to acknowledge this fact and make any type of restitution for the thousands of dollars we have incurred in labor to repair these boards.

Additionally we have purchased the exact type of LED board from another vendor at a comparable price and have not had any of these problems.

We are a very dissatisfied customer.

What you're writing does not comply with the information and notes in our system or the experience that many individuals have had supporting your account over the years. We have been overly accommodating with your team, which has been unable to fulfill the requirements of the product (i.e. providing a network connection to the screens). I understand that you feel justified in filing online complaints against our company. If there were a Better Customer Bureau we would have started logging our complaints years ago. We are content that you'll be working with other vendors in the future and I wish them the best of luck. This is an invalid complaint and an abuse of these online systems.
