Review: I am trying to update my SS# with CIRS. I sent fax twice. Called many times. They said it takes 48h, another person said 5 business days. Now it is 3 weeks and my SS# is not updated. This is needed for me to take my money from them. On the top of that they have to send me a letter with PIN so I can access my account. It can be done only when my SS# is corrected.I am almost sure that this financial institution slows the whole process because they do not want me to have my money back when I need them. This is ridiculous!I do not have much with them, only $1100. But I needed this money to pay my bills.Some action needs to be taken, to stop it!Desired Settlement: $500.00 this is what I want as a refund. plus my $1100.
