CIS Inks

This company has the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced In a nutshell, I purchased two CIS systems for two different *** printers They both failed, the first after one week, and the second never worked at all And to make matters worse, after removing the CIS systems, neither printer worked correctly with Epson cartridges So, not only did two separate CIS systems fail, they destroyed the printers
The response of CIS to my emails requesting help were hostile and threatening Unbelievable First, they made a suggestion on how I could "fix" my printing issue with one printer I had already tried their solution before I even contacted them in the first place, and then I informed them of that fact, they told me to not "buy from them again" (like I would need THAT advice from a company that had already ripped me off with an inferior and defective product)
This is not my first experience buying CIS systems for Epson printers, which are in and of themselves notorious for ripping off customers The only reason I still use them is because they print directly on CDs I can actually take apart an *** printer, and reassemble it What I have come to believe is that the CIS systems sold by CIS Inks actually destroy the print heads in *** Printers That is, at least, what they did to mine
CIS Inks products are terrible, and their customers service even worse It is interesting that their reviews are either star, or star It would appear obvious that they are padding their own reviews Buyer beware Its a good thing they aren't the only company that sells CIS systems It is this sort of attitude that will negatively impact other legitimate companies selling CIS products who actually support and stand by the product they sell
This company needs to go out of business They don't appear interested in helping out customers at all, and their merchandise is ***
