Fence is beautiful but warranty repairs on split boards not so great. Fence installed Aug 29, 2019 boards fixed and re-stained Dec 29, 2019... the wrong color on all seven boards.
I am now the proud owner of a $7k zebra-striped fence.
They are terrible at returning texts or phone calls. Husband is fed up after over a dozen attempts and we are calling another company to re-stain the zebra stripes out of this.
We installed the fence about 5 months ago and we did come to repair the split boards and the boards were stained the wrong color but we already corrected the problem with the stain. If they are still having problems with the stain, they should have let us know so we can come back out and get it taken care of.

However it's sad that it took a poor review on the Revdex.com website in order for us to get you to take action on our problem. You came and re-stained the split boards the day after I posted this review on Revdex.com.com. Communication at the Customer's calls or text messages is essential to maintaining the Trust of your Clients and getting positive reviews in the future.
The repair was already done before we received notice that you had made a review. We got notified of your review on the 30th. We were just responding to your review. Please understand that the Revdex.com can not make me do anything. I did the repair because we care about our customers. I know that it took time to get the repair done, but weather is a big factor in this field.
5 years ago, one friend recommend Cisco Fencing for replace my old fence, I make contact and Mr *** (owner) provide a quotation and received good recommendations, my wife and me were very happy with the professional service and quality of the fence.
Now I made contact with Cisco Fencing again but now for Fence staining in order to keep the beautiful fence that we have.
