Review: I've complained on multiple occasions that my product was defective. Their strategy was to delay actually replacing my defective product until my warranty had expired.This is how I know for a fact they knew my product was defective. I had reviewed the product multiple times, and everytime they either had it removed on the grounds that a defective product is not a good review or would respond saying that my product was defective and how I should return it. But everytime, and we aren't talking about 1 or 2 times. We are talking about 6 separate occasions. The process was. You need to pay to be helped by us because the support period is only 30 days. They would claim the fix is easy and not a hardware issue. This was a user issue, and you set it up wrong. You'd figure after the 5th time they would realize it wasn't set up wrong, but no, it was clearly set up wrong. It was clearly all my fault as a customer. Never did they claim it could be a hardware issue. Despite me trying for nearly a year to explain to them that I've already been through all these steps. I've already done all this. Do you really want me to do this again? And to even start getting help I would have to wait, and wait, and wait. Often time the help told me to call back later and didn't give me a valid call back number.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and a public apology from your company. The way I was treated as a customer is highly inappropriate.
