This client was explained all documents in detail before she signed themShe was explained how earnest money worked, and it was accounted for exactly as it was explainedThe credit for her earnest money was on the HUD-Settlement statement like it always is and it was shown to her by the closer
before she signed the HUD accepting itThe property did have $taxes due to exemptions the previous owner qualified for, and this client does not qualify for the same exemptionsNo amount of property tax was promised to this clientAll repairs required by the IHA inspection were completed as were the additional repairs that she requested from the private inspection she hired outThis client did not request every item on the inspection to be completedHer requests were discussed at length and she signed the requestAll repairs on her request were madeIHA re-inspected the house after repairs were made an it passedA screen company was contracted to build new screens for every window that was missing oneI did forget to return the one that I took for measurement, and gave it to the client after the closingShe said "no problem" and thanked me for bringing it
This matter has been escalated to my Broker, they reviewed the file, and contacted this client to let them know that they don't see anything that I did wrongThis client has not been truthful in any of the accusations that she has made and the things she has said that I did and didn't doI hate to have an unhappy client, but it is clear that there is nothing I could have done to satisfy her
We consider this matter closed and will not be offering any further consideration
Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do to clear up this frivolous Revdex.com complaint

before she signed the HUD accepting it. The property did have $0 taxes due to exemptions the previous owner qualified for, and this client does not qualify for the same exemptions. No amount of property tax was promised to this client. All repairs required by the IHA inspection were completed as were the additional repairs that she requested from the private inspection she hired out. This client did not request every item on the inspection to be completed. Her requests were discussed at length and she signed the request. All repairs on her request were made. IHA re-inspected the house after repairs were made an it passed. A screen company was contracted to build new screens for every window that was missing one. I did forget to return the one that I took for measurement, and gave it to the client after the closing. She said "no problem" and thanked me for bringing it.
