This company provided great service that was quick and of the highest quality and a very fair priceI hired them to replace my roofThey started at around 8:a.mand were completely done and cleared away all trash by 1:p.mI highly recomend them and will use them in the future for any other of my homes

My apologies for not responding to you sooner.My response to the complaint submitted is simple April 12th, San Antonio, Tx experienced what has been termed the costliest storm in Texas history My company has been working non-stop in San Antonio since April 13th.All roofing companies known to perform good work are busy and in fact have long backlogs of pending work Such as ourselves I have endeavored to serve all the best we can giving priority to those homeowners with actual water intrusion into their home to minimize further loss.In the case of the client whose friends home had not been attended, that roof has been completed I have yet to final bill the insurance company on both homes Our billing department is behind our installation work It is a matter of a couple weeks and we should be caught up on the billing to both these clients Insurance companies do not close files until final billing is received I will honor any discounts given at the time of final payment I have not asked to be paid for work that is not complete (that includes billing on behalf owners).I apologize for any inconvenience due to our heavy backlog, it is only a short matter of time and we will finish attending to final billing.If you have any questions please contact me at [redacted]

This client is one who contracted me to replace her roof,  Later is was determined that her insurance company had not properly and sufficiently paid her for the actual damages on her home.  I began to review her project with subcontractors to quote the correct amount to...

accomplish the needed repairs.  In the mean time, I was not aware that Ms [redacted] wanted to place her home for sale, her repairs now where urgent.  I could not meet her schedule.  I agreed to return her full deposit on condition that any complaint against me be dropped in exchange for releasing her from our signed contract with no cancellation penalty(20%).  Ms [redacted] is an elderly woman and my reasoning was that, since I could not meet her demands for a quick roof replacement.  I would return her full deposit so she could then contract anyone who could.   She has been fully reimbursed, she did not follow through with her commitment to me and Revdex.com published damaging information about me without first vetting the complaint.

They started at around 8:00 a.m. and were completely done and cleared away all trash by 1:00 p.m. I highly recomend them and will use them in the future for any other of my homes.
