Review: We have used Cisnet internet providers as our web host for years. Recently, we have had problems getting in contact with anyone from Cisnet. Their local phone number has been disconnected, and their 800 number is now an "adult" line. We have not been able to get email responses. Our problem is that our email and web site goes down, and we don't have anyone to contact to get it fixed. We would like to switch to a different provider, but a person by the name of [redacted] Harker is the domain owner over our cabinetworks.com domain. [redacted] is listed as affiliated with Cisnet, but we can't get in contact with him. We are not able to switch providers until [redacted] releases our domain. We have been searching for some way to contact this [redacted], or some other Cisnet owner, all with no luck.Desired Settlement: We would like a call from Cisnet to discuss the options here to have our domain released.
