to point out that we offered to reimburse her for the repair, but she was not satisfied with this resolution. We recommended this course of action because the whole shoe is not defective, but rather has parts that can be fixed. Asking the customer to take the shoe for repair close to where she lives or works is not only the quickest way for her to be wearing the shoes again, but also the most environmentally responsible way of resolving issue. We believe that if something can be fixed, it should be. Only if and when it cannot be fixed, it should be replaced. Paying for repair is being responsible for our product and providing customer service. If the cu stomer does not want to take it for repair herself, she is welcomed to send it to us for repair. We have made it easy for her to do by providing a return shipping label. She just has to make the effort to send it back to us.
